Pedestrian Crossing Needed – Please Sign Our Petition

October 3, 2014

We have been trying (sadly without success!) to fill the post of school patrol crossing on Westfield Road (near the junction with Moorland Road / Hyde View Road) for over a year now.  This is a busy road used by children to get to The Lea Primary school and also for older children to get to senior school.  Please sign our petition to get a pedestrian crossing installed.

Sports Day – Fun in the Sun!

July 4, 2014

Our school Sports Day was a great success today and the glorious weather certainly helped!

Thank you to all the staff for their hard work on the day and thank you to all parents and carers who came along to support the children. A special thank you also to our Year 6 children who were fantastic helpers, making Sports Day run so smoothly.

And well done to Emerald who won the overall trophy!
