Herts for Learning have produced an eSafety newsletter for parents, containing important up-to-date information and advice on a number of new apps for children and teenagers. Although some of the content is more relevant if you have older children, we urge you to take the time to read this so that you are aware of the potential dangers of these apps and are able to talk with your child about ways they can keep safe online.
The newsletter can be found here.

On Wednesday 26th November at 7pm, we will be holding an eSafety Workshop for parents and carers of pupils in Year 4 to Year 6.
There is increasing concern about the reported incidents of unacceptable use of mobile phones, tablets, games consoles and social networks. It is extremely important that children are able to use the internet safely. As many children are unaware of the risks of using the internet, it is essential that parents and carers know how to use the technology and have a background knowledge and understanding of eSafety.
