On Wednesday afternoon, our girls’ team from Year 5 and 6 played their next set of matches in the local schools girls’ football league, held at Sauncey Wood.
The girls played even better than the previous week, with huge amounts of energy and enthusiasm. They played 3 excellent matches, drawing 0-0 against both Wood End and Kimpton, and drawing 1-1 against Sauncey Wood. Well done to Elizabeth, Izzy, Jessie, Kelsi, Hannah, Amy, Ramneek, Asma and Edith.
Thank you to all the parents and carers who came along to support the girls. Thank you also to Mrs Housley and Mr Harris for accompanying the girls.
